This policy explains what information RDK Accounting Services LLC (“RDK,” “I”) collects through rdkaccountingservices.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Client bookkeeping work is covered by a separate engagement agreement.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), what you need help with, how current your books are, and any message you write.
- Scheduling: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the answers you give on its booking form.
- Technical data: like most websites, the hosting provider automatically receives basic request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
Please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or tax documents through the website.
How I use it
I use what you send only to respond to you, prepare for our call, and provide the services you ask for. I don't sell or rent personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
The site relies on a few providers that process data on my behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to my inbox
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from people and not bots
- Calendly, if you use the online scheduler
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and Calendly may set cookies needed for their features to work.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Ask me to delete yours and I will, unless I'm required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you've sent me through this site. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights. Contact me using the details below and I'll respond within a reasonable time. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals because it does not track visitors across other sites.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
