Books that balance to the penny, every month.
I'm Ronny Kondrat. I've spent 30 years closing the books for manufacturers, a regional bank and fast-growing companies. Now I do the same work for small businesses, personally: reconciliations, payroll and reports you can actually read.

Sound familiar?
Most people call me after a few months of this.
“I'm three months behind and I keep putting it off.”
“My tax preparer keeps asking for things I don't have.”
“I don't trust the numbers in QuickBooks.”
“Payroll eats my Sunday nights.”
None of these scare me. Catch-up work is a normal place to start, and on our first call I'll tell you how long it will take and what it will cost.
What I do
Everything your books need, from one person.
- Monthly bookkeepingEvery transaction categorized, every account reconciled, and a clean set of reports each month.
- Cleanup and catch-upMonths or years behind? I bring your books current and tell you the price before I start.
- PayrollPayroll runs on schedule, payroll taxes are paid on time, and W-2s and 1099s go out at year end.
- QuickBooks Online setupA clean setup from day one: chart of accounts, bank feeds, rules and reports that fit your business.
- Financial reportingProfit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow every month, with a short note on what changed.
- Tax-ready booksAt year end, your CPA or tax preparer gets organized books and the schedules they ask for.
How it works
Three steps, and you know the price before I start.
Step 1: A free 20-minute call
Tell me about your business and where your books stand. I'll ask a few questions and tell you plainly whether I'm a good fit.
Step 2: A fixed quote in writing
You get a monthly price before any work starts. If you're behind, I quote the catch-up separately so there are no surprises.
Step 3: Books closed every month
I reconcile every account, close the month and send your reports with a short note. You can call me any time in between.

You run the business.
I'll keep the books.
Reconciled every month, ready when you need a number, and handled by the same person who answers your call.

A note from Ronny
Dear business owner,
For most of my career I was the person in the back office making sure the numbers were right. I closed the books every month for manufacturers, a regional bank and a company with more than 20 locations. I reconciled accounts, ran payroll, and built the reports owners and auditors relied on.
In 2026 I started RDK Accounting Services to do that same work for small businesses. You get my 30 years of experience, I answer my own phone, and I take your books as seriously as you take your business.
If your books are a mess, that's fine. Call me and we'll sort it out together.

Pricing
Straightforward prices, in writing.
These are starting prices. After our call you get a fixed monthly quote, and it doesn't change unless your business does.
- Monthly bookkeeping
- from $300/month
- Cleanup and catch-up
- from $750one time
- Payroll
- from $300/month
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. Months behind, personal and business spending mixed together, a QuickBooks file nobody has opened in a year: I've seen all of it. Cleanup is a normal place to start. I'll look at where things stand and give you a fixed price to bring everything current.
How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300 a month, cleanup starts at $750, and payroll starts at $300 a month. Your price depends on how many accounts you have, how many transactions you run and whether you have employees. You'll get a fixed quote in writing before I start.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. I work with businesses across the country through QuickBooks Online, phone and video calls. If you're near Troy, Michigan and would like to meet in person, I'm happy to.
Do you do taxes?
I don't prepare tax returns. I get your books tax-ready and work directly with your CPA or tax preparer so they have what they need. That usually means fewer questions for you and a smoother spring.
Is my financial information safe?
Your books live in your own QuickBooks account, which you own and control. I sign in with my own accountant login and multi-factor authentication, and we'll agree on a secure way to share documents. Please don't email Social Security numbers or full bank statements.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online is my main tool. I'm a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks payroll. I also work in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and QuickBooks Point of Sale, and I've used larger systems like SAP Business One, Epicor and BlackLine.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We work month to month.
What do I need to get started?
Access to your QuickBooks account (or we'll set one up), your bank and credit card statements, and whatever records you have. They don't need to be organized. That part is my job.
